Tree Lot Dies Slimline Card

Ready for some Christmas inspiration!   Don't miss out on this set of dies.   The Tree Lot Dies are free with a $100 during July and August, while supplies last.  Designed to coordinate with the Trees for Sale stamp set in the July - December mini catalog.   How cute is this?  Think of color combinations you want to try.  

Stampin' Up!

Measurements:
8-1/2"x7" card base, scored at 3-1/2"
8-1/4"x3-1/4" colored cardstock
8-1/8"x3-1/8" Basic White

Instructions:
1.  Emboss Basic White layer.
2.  Die cut pieces, complete demonstration in the video link below.  Video colors are Garden Green and Pear Pizazz for trees, Basic White, Polished Pink, Silver Foil and Basic Black for the camper.  Pear Pizazz for banner and wreath.  Polished Pink for bow, Basic White for Curtain and scrap of vellum.
3.  Layer die pieces as shown and add to embossed card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
4.  Stamp sentiment and die on Basic White and die cut. 
5.  Stamp inside card layer, see video for 2-step stamping layers for the tree images.

Sweetest Cherries Watercolor Slimline Card

Today's card was created to celebrate World Water Coloring month.  I pulled out the Fluid 100 watercolor paper, my water painters and a couple different ink colors.   The Sweetest Cherries bundle comes with an easy-to-use Cherry builder punch that makes this card super easy to create.  I hope this inspires you to try some water coloring.  


Stampin' Up!


Measurements:
8-1/2" x 7" Very Vanilla card base, scored at 3-1/2"
8-1/4" x 3-1/4" Cherry Cobbler cardstock
8-1/8" x 3-3/8" Very Vanilla card stock
3/4" x 8-1/8" strip of DSP

Instruction:
1.  Using water painters apply Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Early Espresso ink. to Fluid 100 watercolor paper.  To create variation in color, add additional layers of ink.  Allow to dry completely.
2.  Heat emboss sentiment on strip of Cherry Cobbler card stock.
3.  Spritz Vanilla layer with Soft Suede Stampin' Blend.  Adhere DSP to Vanilla layer, add to Cherry Cobbler layer.  Tie Vanilla baker's twine around front panel and adhere to card base.
4.  Punch out cherry pieces and assemble.  Adhere to card front as shown using Stampin' Dimensionals.
5.  Add sentiment and opal rounds.   Enjoy!

Splendid Thoughts Bundle Card #1

 Hello stamping friends.  Today I'm sharing 3 cards made using the Splendid Thoughts Bundle.  All 3 cards were created to inspire you to use the Pool Party and Soft Sea Foam cards and envelopes, one of    the items in the Sale-a-bration (SAB) catalog FREE with a $50 purchase.  They coordinate perfectly.  

Below is a list of products used, along with any measurements.


Stampin' Up!


Measurements:
3" x 4-1/2" Basic White
2-1/2" x 1-1/2" DSP (4 pieces)

Instructions:
1.  Die cut 4 half-moon shape from the centers of DSP pieces.
2.  Using paper snips distress edges of the Basic White layer.
3.  Tie ribbon around white layer.  Layer die cut pieces on white layer.
4.  Stamp sentiment using Fresh Freesia.  Die cut using banner die from Stylish Shapes. 
5.  Using mini-glue dot, add Open Leaf Trinket below sentiment.
