Sweetest Cherries Watercolor Slimline Card

Today's card was created to celebrate World Water Coloring month. I pulled out the Fluid 100 watercolor paper, my water painters and a couple different ink colors. The Sweetest Cherries bundle comes with an easy-to-use Cherry builder punch that makes this card super easy to create. I hope this inspires you to try some water coloring.

Measurements:

8-1/2" x 7" Very Vanilla card base, scored at 3-1/2"

8-1/4" x 3-1/4" Cherry Cobbler cardstock

8-1/8" x 3-3/8" Very Vanilla card stock

3/4" x 8-1/8" strip of DSP

Instruction:

1. Using water painters apply Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Early Espresso ink. to Fluid 100 watercolor paper. To create variation in color, add additional layers of ink. Allow to dry completely.

2. Heat emboss sentiment on strip of Cherry Cobbler card stock.

3. Spritz Vanilla layer with Soft Suede Stampin' Blend. Adhere DSP to Vanilla layer, add to Cherry Cobbler layer. Tie Vanilla baker's twine around front panel and adhere to card base.

4. Punch out cherry pieces and assemble. Adhere to card front as shown using Stampin' Dimensionals.

5. Add sentiment and opal rounds. Enjoy!

Wonderful World All Occasion Card

Today's card features one of the Sale-A-Bration (SAB) items. What is SAB? SAB is a Stampin' Up! promotion where you can earn FREE product for each $50 or $100 order. The current SAB period is only available for the month of July and August.

The Wonderful World Designer Series Paper is center stage, creating the focal image on the beautiful happy birthday card. I added a heat embossed sentiment from the Charming Sentiments Bundle to finish off this simple layout.

Measurements:

Card Base: Thick Basic White - 4-1/4"x11", score and fold at 5-1/2
Orchid Oasis - 3-5/16" square and 5-1/4"x4" (inside)
Basic White - 5-1/4"x4" and 5-1/8"x3-7/8" (inside)

Instructions:

1. Die cute flower images from DSP using second smallest square die.
2. Adhere flower images to Orchid Oasis square.
3. Stamp sentiment on 5-1/4"x4" Basic White layer, adhere to card base.
4. Using Stampin' Dimensionals adhere focal image to card front.
5. For inside add 1/2" strip of DSP to Basic White on right side. Layer with Orchid Oasis.

6. Adhere to inside. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Card

Hello, my stamping friends and family! Today's card is a simple birthday card using the negative space left after die cutting a butterfly with the Brilliant Wings dies. You can change up the designer series paper and coordinating ink color for the sentiment, lots of options. I've used the Pansy Patch DSP, and Fresh Freesia ink.
